Position Description

Program Manager

Make effective brain-targeted therapies possible.

Reports to · Chief Technology Officer Full-time Remote · Miami, FL Lotus Neuro, Inc.

Company Overview

Lotus Neuro is a clinical-stage therapeutics development company pioneering a novel approach to treating the most intractable diseases of the brain. The company leverages a proven and proprietary low-frequency focused ultrasound technology to open the blood–brain barrier non-invasively and transiently, which, in combination with advanced therapeutics, unlocks an entirely new pathway for treating complex brain diseases. To date, the platform has been used in approximately 600 therapeutic cycles across indications including brain tumors, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS.

Lotus Neuro was launched in December 2025 as a spinout of Insightec, a global medical technology company focused on realizing the therapeutic power of acoustic energy. Lotus Neuro raised $50M in seed financing, backed by a Strategic Foundation Investor, a leading investment firm dedicated to advancing the treatment and management of brain disorders.

We are a small, fast-moving team. Clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution matter here — every person's work visibly moves the company forward.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Program Manager to keep our programs organized, aligned, on schedule, and moving. You will be the connective tissue across our preclinical, regulatory, clinical, and partnership workstreams — turning company goals and meeting decisions into tracked, completed work.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on bringing order to a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will help drive the company's top goals, own milestones and timelines, support key governance and working-group meetings, coordinate external partners and vendors, and keep our operating system accurate and useful.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategic Operations

  • Help align and drive the company's annual goals — breaking them into milestones, owners, and timelines, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned and accountable to plan.
  • Maintain and update the company-wide integrated schedule, tracking milestones, dependencies, and timelines across preclinical, regulatory, clinical, and partnership workstreams.
  • Translate decisions and action items from leadership and recurring meetings into clear, assigned, time-bound tasks — and follow up to ensure they are completed.
  • Maintain the company's project and operations data in Monday.com, keeping goals, milestones, and action-item boards current and reliable.
  • Produce simple, clear status updates so leadership always knows where each effort stands.
  • Flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks early, and help drive them to resolution.

External Stakeholder Management

  • Manage joint committees and working-group meetings with our partners — building agendas, capturing decisions and action items, and driving follow-through to closure.
  • Manage interactions with the network of clinical sites, tracking status and driving actions.
  • Help coordinate clinical site outreach, program logistics, and partner engagements.

Preclinical & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage preclinical studies, coordinating the network of CROs, vendors, and labs to align deliverables, data, and timelines.
  • Manage other vendors, CROs, and contracts — tracking scope, deliverables, and status through execution.
  • Support preparation for regulatory milestones by tracking deliverables and helping in assembling materials on schedule.

Documentation & Information Management

  • Organize and maintain shared files, partner data rooms, and document repositories so the right people can find the right materials quickly.
  • Track the status of contracts and agreements through execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to keep them moving.
  • Support meeting planning and travel logistics for site visits, partner engagements, and conferences / scientific advisory boards as needed.

Who We're Looking For

Required

  • At least 5 years of program or project management experience, ideally in biotech, pharma, medical device, or a CRO / life-sciences setting.
  • Excellent people skills and a track record of driving company goals and complex, multi-stakeholder programs to completion — owning milestones, timelines, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong meeting-management skills: building agendas, capturing decisions and actions, and holding owners accountable.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Hands-on proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet) and standard office / productivity software.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a small-team setting while taking direction from leadership.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the drug-development and / or clinical-trial lifecycle and common terminology (preclinical studies, IND / regulatory milestones, clinical operations).
  • Experience coordinating CROs, labs, or other external scientific / clinical vendors, and managing contracts through execution.
  • Experience running partner or joint governance meetings.
  • Exposure to EOS / Traction or a comparable operating system.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project / program-management certification.

Why Join Us

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with an experienced leadership team on technology with the potential to change how brain diseases are treated. Your work will directly accelerate our path to the clinic — and you'll have the visibility, ownership, and impact that only an early-stage company can offer.
